- July 10 (W) - pit cleaning 0900-1300, Xcel girls invited to help, lunch will be provided from 1300-1400 and then girls who help can stay for a free open gym
- July Camp - $290 for outside girls, $200 for our team girls, will refund those who have already paid

- Would like to be able to pay dues through website with CC, but would need to add fee; people can pay via Venmo or check without an increase

- Consider talking about this with the gymnasts as well - 10 minutes while both practice groups are present - give out first round of gift cards

Fundraising
- Silverstar - Kelley
- Good fundraiser for the profit margin
- Kelley has sent multiple communications but poor response from Silverstar so far
- Requesting June and July
- Will request one more time with a deadline of July 1, and then may need to change fundraisers
- Kwik Star may be an option, consider Cozzy sheets
- Raise Right update
- All funds to general fund for this year
- 80/20 split with 80 to dues and 20 to club because it is a rebate program, money deposited monthly is an option for future once we see how this goes
- Corporate sponsor committee meeting
- Next Monday is the first meeting
- Bingo - dates will be released in July, hope to get the same weekend as last year.
- Confirm number of parent volunteers for each fundraiser - will send sign-up genius out, Maria will make edits
- Buy out option - calculate the total for buy outs and allow families to opt out of fundraising by making a payment
